Bursary application for 18th Asian & Oceanian Congress of Child Neurology (AOCCN 2027)
18th AOCCN 2027 is going to offer 30 bursaries for congress registration & accommodation for international delegates.

AOCCN Bursary Information:
To support early-career researchers in attending the congress, bursary awards will be offered to selected candidates whose submitted abstracts reflect outstanding scientific research.
These bursaries aim to help cover costs associated with participation in the congress.

To qualify for a bursary, applicants must submit both an abstract and a bursary application. All submissions must be completed through the designated bursary application portal, where you will be required to provide your abstract reference number. This reference number is compulsory; applications submitted without it will not be eligible for review.
Requirements and Conditions:
- Applications for bursaries will only be accepted via the online bursary application submission form for the congress.
- Applicants must be 40 years of age or younger at the time of application (As per passport).
- A copy of the applicant’s passport must be included to verify the date of birth.
- Submit a CV and a letter of recommendation issued by head of department /supervisor /local AOCNA national delegate
- Only one bursary per presenting author will be awarded.
- Bursary applications will only be considered if submitted within the deadline.
- Attendance for the congress is mandatory in order to receive the bursary.
- Scietific panel will make the final decision about the successful bursary awards.
- It is necessary to have an approved abstract submission to be considered for a bursary. Unsuccessful abstract submission candidates will not be considered for a bursary, and will be notified their bursary application has been withdrawn before selection begins.
Applicants selected for bursary will be granted free registration (worth 200 USD) to the Congress, along with free accomodation (four night stay on-site Pearl Continental Hotel: conference venue worth 600 USD).
